Recommendations should explain service fit and the evidence behind factual claims. Affiliate compensation is disclosed and does not establish a provider’s suitability.
Source hierarchy
Use government agencies for legal rules, provider materials for service descriptions and credentialed professional review for interpretation. Record the source, date, claim and status in the claim register.
Verification labels
“Source checked” means the linked source was consulted. “Professional review pending” means no tax professional has reviewed the interpretation. Show a reviewer’s name or a reviewed date only after that review occurs.
Updates and corrections
Check time-sensitive rules and provider terms before publication and campaign launches. Correct material errors and document substantive revisions. Use the contact page to report an error.
Tools
